It suited our purposes nicely. Close enough for us to walk to all Budapest had to offer. We don't mind a good walk and it was a great way to see the sights.
No. For the price, and the fact that we could park our car on site for a reasonable cost, it was terrific.

The service is attentive with private parking available and TASTY meals. Besides, they have free wi-fi.

Breakfast was very good, although the price for it (9 Euro/person) seem a bit high. Room was medium size for 2 persons, and the twin bed was good. In general the receptionist and hotel staff are very responsive, however a few of them are not very helpful! And is clear you have to tip the bellman to help with luggage, which for the room price I pay (double) of 36 Euro/night was OK.
I did not like that they advertised in their site free internet access in the lobby, which is not true. The internet access is very, very expensive, and I was charged about 18 Euros/24 hour access. Is an outrageous price, in many country you pay that much for a full week of access.

The breathtaking view from our 11th-floor room was a highlight, and the huge bed added to our comfort. However, the chaotic breakfast situation due to tour groups overshadowed the morning experience.

I liked the view from the 12th flour.
The staff is not the most friendly, the furniture is old, and if u don t go by car is a bit far from the center.

Well, it's cheap after all. So a price like that for a 4-star hotel is worthy.
10 minutes' walk from the nearest metro station, the room is a bit old. And they charged me twice and the sales manager didn't return my extra pays!!!

Friendly hotel staff; comfortable bed; close to city center; nice view from the 14th floor
More like 3 star hotel. Lack of room service, no tea making facility. Aircondition not real: only operate as heater during winter so it was very very hot - had to open the window and because of this was very noisy

There were there 2 nights. Every morning had a problem to find a place for a breakfast. The choice of meal big but to sit down to eat there is no place.

Comfortable, we stayed in this hotel because our children had tournament in Vasas Akademia and it was near the centre.
The hotel we stayed in is for me very average and the bar didn't work at late hours

The staff was really helpful and polite. The hotel is low-cost and only a 10-minute bus ride to the city center. The view from my standard double room was lovely too. Breakfast was decent, nothing too fancy but enough to start the day. The bar was a nice touch, especially while waiting for my room.
strongly recommend

The hotel proved great value for money. The room was a decent size with a large comfy bed.Previuos reviews commented on the poor lifts but maybe it was because we was out of season but we we found them to be very efficient..The location of the hotel is good, only 2 tram stops from MoskvaTer, and opposite a large park but traffic noise is a problem if you are on thr front of the hotel. Overall a very good hotel and I would stay ther again.
The early morning wake up call from the passing traffic.( Air conditioning was also very noisy)

Comfortable for the money, close to public transportation. The staff needs improvement in customer service.
In the bathroom there was long hair all over on the floor from the previuous guests.
